The shooting of Challenging Star Darshan and Rebel Star Ambareesh has started in right earnest from Wednesday, the 11th July in a house in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar. Rebel Star Ambareesh cut the cake before the start of the shooting to provide an exciting touch to the shooting proceedings. Darshan, Ambareesh and Chitra Shenoy had participated in the shooting of the film. The first day's shooting involved a sequence where the Rebel Star raises his voice to scold his son the role played by Darshan.

Darshan said that a few days ago Appaji (Rebel Star is affectionately called as Appaji by Darshan, while Dr. Raj Kumar's sons will call him as Ambareesh Uncle. Sudeep calls him as Ambareesh Mama while Upendra calls him with a respectful Sir. All the other younger stars like Yash, Prem, Kitty and Yogi refer him as Ambareesh Anna) was scolding him for some reasons in his usual way of advising youngsters. As soon as the shooting started I told Appaji that he should use this opportunity to scold me as much as possible to highlight the sequence' said Ambareesh.

On Friday Darshans introducion fight sequence was picturised on Nice road. Darshan was on Bike.

The present shooting schedule will picturise all the sequences featuring the Rebel Star, Challenging Star and Chithra Shenoy.
