The preparations for the mega event of Century Star Shivaraj Kumar's Suvarna Mahothsava is in full swing now as the organisers are finding it extremely difficult  to accommodate the large scale of  fans and film industry personalities to get an invitation to watch it live.
K.P.Srikanth, the President of  All Karnataka Shivaraj Kumar fans association along with M.S.Ramesh, the President of the Kannada film director's association along with Narayana, Bhaskar, Yogish Hunasur and other celebrated film personalities have been burning midnight oil to see that every thing goes on smoothly without any confusion. Srikanth says that it has been sleepless nights for him for the past one week, but he is energised mainly because he is personally seeing the way Shivanna is being idolised by his large number of fans.
The fact that such a big event is being held in Chowdaiah Memorial Hall which has only one thousand and fifty seats may compound the problems of the organisers to satisfy every fan eager to obtain the passes.  Srikanth has been facing a  heavy pressure from people known to him dearly who want to get a pass for this function.
"We  are trying to accommodate film personalities request.  But we are rationing their requests.  OUr hands are tied' says Srikanth. The film function to be held on Wednesday evening will have  Raju Gowda, Minister of  Small Scale Industries in the state government, Venkatesha Murthy, Mayor of Bengaluru along with Deputy Mayor L.Sreenivas as chief guests.  C.N.Aswath Narayana, the local MLA from Mallesharam Constituency, Brijesh Patel, Cricketer and former President of the KSCA, along with Pundaleeka Halambi, President of Kannada Sahithya Parishat will also be the special guests to the function.  E.V.Sathyanarayana, President of the Bengaluru Press Club has also been invited as the Chief guest.  K.V.Chandrashekhar,  Munirathna, Sa.Ra.Govindoo, M.S.Ramesh, Rockline Venkatesh, Ashok, S.T.Anand who are heading various wings of the Kannada film industry will be present during the occassion.
There will be many pro people oriented programmes that is associated with this felicitation programme of  Shivaraj Kumar fans.  Shivaraj Kumar and his brother Puneet Raj Kumar will be donating funds for the delivery of  some items that will help the society and the distressed poor people to lead a life of dignity.
Three ambulances will be donated for the implementation of the Health Programme which occupies the prime place among the  many developmental activities to be persued by the Shivanna and his brothers Raaghanna and Appu in future.
 Theother programmes are
1) Five Kannada medium schools will be given some donations to improve
the infrastructure and obtain teaching friendly equipments.
2) Fifteen Autos will be handed over to the needy persons to provide life support and augment resources to lead a dignified life. This is a poverty alievation programme.
3)  Five sewing machines will be distributed  to poor woman.
4) Ten poor people have been identified for a financial support to enable them to come out of the problems faced by them.  Besides  these things   a sum will be donated for the  Chief Minister's Famine Relief Fund.
