His trust in director Arjun had paid off and he did not care to oversee the production of the film once he was convinced of the strength of the script.
A press meet was organised to celebrate the big success of the film in which the film's director A.P.Arun, lead stars  Dhruv Sarja, Radhika Pandit and cinemetographer Surya Kiran and other technicians had also participated.
Shankar Reddy who normally remains calm in situations chose to just put a point of clarification that all the finances obtained for the film including the negative signed with Basha, the Television satellite rights and also othe finances were made wih his concurrence and he had to pledge his own house and give demand promisory notes and cheques to obtain the finance. This clarification was needed as  Arjun went on describe the struggles faced during the film's making and how these were surmounted while many people offered to provide help for the continuation of the project including  director Nagashekhar, producer Jayanna and  Ben Chikkaswamy now in USA.  Arjun was little emotional when he recounted all these helping hands, but became a little confused when a questioner asked him as to what was the producer doing all this time.
Shankar Reddy clarified that he was there when every deal was struck and was giving cheques and promisory notes with his signatures  to obtain loans.
Barring this small communication gap, everything went off smoothly. Arjun was happy that he had cleared the nagging doubts of several of the adversaries that he was going to make a mess out of his second venture. "I even wish them good luck.  I would like to tell that many technicians including Hari Krishna did not receive money but were helpful in the shooting process of the film.  I paid Hari Krishna sir who had composed such a wonderful music for the film only during the ending stages of the post production work.  I had not paid half of the remuneration to my cinemetographer Surya Kiran.  Even my assistants would bring back some negatives fom theie contacts to enable the film to have a smooth shooting schedules' remembered Arjun.
