Young actor Prajwal and glam doll Aindrita Ray are being teamed up in Ziddi to be produced by Amar Chand Jain and directed by Anantha Raju. The film is all set to be launched on August 3 at BGS College in Kengeri.
The film's music is by Giridhara Diwan and Yogaraj Bhat has written all the lyrics for the songs of the film.
Sources said that the film is a remake of Malayalam Hit  Pudhiya Mugam which had Pruthwiraj and Priyamani in the lead. However Jain says that though they have obtained the rights of the film, they have incorporated several changes in the narrative part of the film.
Prajwal and Aindrita Ray were teamed up earlier in the films Mervanige directed by Mahesh Babu and Nannavanu directed by Srinivasa Raju. This is the third film they are teamed up.
