Yogi starrer "Kaalaaya Thasmai Namaha' directed by Chandrashekhar is all set to be released on 12th October. This information was disclosed in a press meet organised by the film unit on Monday afternoon in which the film's lead artists Yogi, Madhubala, Rangayana Raghu, Shankar Aswath, Music composer Neel, director Chandrashekhar and producer Maruthi were present.
Chandrashekhar who agreed that his first film PLP was a flop however appeared confident about this new venture. "The posters and promos of the film have already disturbed the film cirlces in Gandhinagar. We hope that the film will make a great impact in the industry and also in the minds of film fans' said Chandrashekhar.
Yogi said that he has just followed the dictates of the director Chandrashekhar who appeared confident of the script from day one when he had met him. He said that he is playing the role of a underworld functionery who is raw, but the emotional overtones in the film cannot be undermined.
Shankar Awath and Rangayana Raghu who spoke in the press meet said that the director and the entire unit of technicians have worked hard for the film.
The popularity of the songs of the film had gladdened the music director A.M.Neel who also added that Yogi's rendering playback for a song of the film will prove to be a major attraction of the film. Maruthi Jadiyavar said that it has been quite encouraging for him to see many theatre owners were showing lot of interest in releasing the film. He said that producer and distributor Ramu is distributing the film in the BKT area.
