PriyamaniPriyamani   who is now in Mysore shooting for  her new film with Ganesh will see her first Kannada film  Raam in a theatre in Mysore.  Though she  saw the film in Bangalore after  the first print was ready, the actress wants to see the reactions of  the audience to her first  Kannada film personally.   That is the reason why she precisely feels that  she should watch the film even if it means that she should go to the theatre in disguise. Though she has not yet planned how to see the film and when, the sources said that she may  see the film on Saturday when she has some free time from the shoot.

‘Priyma Mani says she loves Mysore as much as Bangalore.   "I love this place.  I shot for Raam in Mysore  and I  am back in this place to shoot for my second film also.   I want to watch the film Raam in Mysore.  Let us see' says Priyamani.

Priyamani  is quite   excited  about  Raam. The National award winner  has been paired with  Kannada film industry’s top star Puneet Raj Kumar in this film which is directed by  Maadesh.

“I am glad that I signed a film like Raam for my first debut venture in Kannada.   I wanted to sign  my first Kannada  film  with a  big star, big set up   and  a big banner.  All these things have materialized in Raam which has come out very well.  I enjoyed working in this film.  I play the role of Pooja in the film who is  torn  between the love and affection  of  two warring families. This  film can be seen by every member of a family.  There are lot of fun,  frolic and excitement in the film.   There was lot of fun in the sets of this film as much as in the film.   I  am pretty sure that Raam with its rib tickling comedy elements will turn out to be a sure winner’ says Priyamani.

‘Puneet is  a fabulous co-star to work with.   I had gone to  his office  three years ago when  they were searching for a heroine for the film Akash.  When I went to the shoot of Raam and met  Puneet sir  he immediately  said that both of us had met three years ago in his office.  I was  really surprised  that  he could remember  every thing in detail about our first meeting.    He impresses all his co-stars with his down to earth nature’ says Priyamani.

Mani  has already signed her second Kannada film for which  she would  attend the film shoot from December 23 at Mysore, just two days before  Raam is slated for release.

“I will be working in another top banner with a big star like Ganesh.    I think  both Ganesh and me have   awesome roles in this film.    I think I will play my real self  in  this film, as  the character I am playing in the film perfectly  suits me’ says Priyamani.

“I don’t know  whether I will be seeing  Raam   in a Mysore theatre with the public, but I am really interested to see  the public response to the film.  I  personally enjoyed  seeing this film.   May be I may watch this film in  PVR after I  come to Bangalore’ says Priyamani.

Priyamani has presently compelted her work in two  Telugu films  Shambo Shiva Shambo  which is  a remake of  Tamil Hit Nadodigal  and  another suspense thriller   Saadhyam.   She is paired with  Ravi Teja  in Shambo Shiva Shambo  which is directed by Samuthirakani,  the director of  Nadodigal.

You should see Priyamani’s excitement when she speaks about    Manirathnam’s bilingual    Raavan which is made in Tamil and Hindi.     “I can not discuss  anything about the film.   But  I can only tell that  working with Mani sir  fulfilled  my long cherished dream in this industry.    Even today  I think   about   the  call I received from his office and  my first meeting with Mani sir’ says  Priyamani.
