Golden Star Ganesh starrer "Mr. 420' directed by Pradeep Raj and produced by Sandesh Nagaraj is a full length comedy entertainer aimed at giving a full fledged entertainment for 120 minutes. There is no logic, but the direcor has been able to bring in laughs in the theatre in the first half, though the second half could have been little better.  But still the film is good for a watch as some sequences are really funny and hilarious.
All the three main artists Ganesh, Rangayana Raghu and Sadhu Kokila have been able to deliver some good performances in the film. The situations in the first half involving these three artists will certainly tickle your funny bones. Praneetha is a surprise element.
She has carried off her responsibility well and shown improvement in her performance.  Among the other artists the performance of Pradeep Raj, Pagal is good.
The second half is also funny but the pace is not maintained as in the first half.  There are several twists in the second half which are quite enjoyable.
One weak point of the film is the way songs are picturised.  Hari Krishna has composed ordinarily merited songs in the film and the picturisations lack the richness that deserves.  Even the production values of the film could have been a little more richer. Mr. 420 is a watchable film for its funny and rib tickling comedy in the first half.
