The telecast of Govindaaya Namaha produced by K.A.Suresh and directed by Pawan Vodeyar has been questioned by Ms Anusaya Komal Kumar.
Ms. Anasuya Komal, wife of actor Komal of Soundarya Lahari Distribution company had filed a suit  in court (O.S.No:5854/2012) alleging that the producer had made arrangements to telecast the film on August 18, though he had promised not to telecast the film for one year from the date of release since she is having five years rights for the distribution from the date of first release.
