Happy To Direct Upendra - Ramesh

Ramesh Arvind is happy to take up direction again and this time he will be directing a film Real Star Upendra for which producer K. Manju has already taken the distribution rights of Telugu Super hit film "Kick' with Ravi Teja and Ileana in lead roles.
However Ramesh Arvind says that he will not follow Kick in his narration, though the concept of robbing the rich to help out the poor will be part of the film. There are many films including Tamil film Gentleman directed by Shankar with the same story line, albeit narrated quite differently.
"I think I will stick to my idea of presenting the film differently only taking the essence of Kick. The entire characterization of Uppi, heroine and the other important role will be quite different. I will be meeting Uppi in a few days to discuss about this aspect. We have so far discussed about this film only through telephone and Uppi also says that he needs a different pattern of film for him and not just a remake' said Ramesh Arvind in a conversation with Chitraloka Mega Portal.
